Is it possible that you can bring bed bugs back to your house if you are in an infected location. I was at a friends apartment last week and she told me today that she has bed bugs! I'm terrified that I might have brought them back with me. I'm afraid to go to bed now...
ABSOLUTELY you can carry them home. And they don't just stay in your bedroom. They infest your couch, closet, dressers~~everywhere. It is almost impossible to get rid of them on your own. You have to seek an exterminator. Hopefully you didn't bring any house guests home with you. Good Luck
It is possiable to bring them home since they get into anything that has fabric . However to ease your mind wash everything in hot water you can dry in dryer. Second for the things you can't wash go by some bed bug spray and spray everything else.Including stuff animals, extra linens,etc... If it's been longer than 72 hours and you haven't seen any bugs or eggs you are probably safe but I would at least use the spray if I was uncomfortable...
Yes they get in 2 every thing my friend had bed bugs and she had to threw every thing out in her house it was a mess
Well, are you itching yet ? if it was over a week ago you are probably all right ,but they are highly cathable. Bed Bugs is a nice way to say Scabies, or better yet , Body Lice . Also like hair lice , they can move around . good luck
Wash clothes in Hot water and put in dryer. Take a vacuum and valcumm upholstery and mattress. Spray with bug killer. Clean the rails on your bed only. Spray along the baseboards of your wall and carpet. Be sure to keep your luggage out doors and spray. Inspect the ribbing around the luggage. Bed bugs hide in crevices out of sight. Use a flashlight. Recliners need to be turned over and sprayed. Remember the bed bugs hide and lay their eggs. If you have any bed bugs they will be in your bed and if you wake up with a bite then the bed bug has had his snack on you. They suck the blood from a live host. It's interesting that she told you after the fact. I think I would just send email instead of visiting. Jo Ann
