I okorder if you wanted to go a cheap route. Or more expensive... you could get something custom made.... I would also try a local flea shop or resale store. With a little rehab you could find something really cool!
If you want a great do it your self, check out the thrift stores and then your local fabric store. If it is wood framed you can spray paint it any color or even multi colored. Seat backs and bottoms are very easy to recover, just use the existing fabric as your pattern then staple gun or hot glue.
Try IKEA or West Elm. They have a good selection at great prices. You can shop online or request a catalog. If your room is fun with a bit of a modern edge might I suggest looking around for an inexpensive Barcelona chair. They are great for just about any room and I promise they never go out of style.
