i was waiting in the lift line when some snowboarder came out of nowhere and ran right over my polebent the whole dang thing into an quot;Lquot; shape! well, he bent it back into placeno cracks, just a little squiggly looking! ha ha!But my concern is, will the pole be okay? is there any damage to it that i should be concerned about, or should i just keep going?

NoYou'll likely bend it more if you put a lot of force on the pole and if you use them to do pole plants when turning, the poles new length may set your turns off a bitI say get some new poles when you have a chanceSecondly, unless you need a telescoping ski/trekking pole for backcountry use, stick with getting a fiberglass-composite ski pole insteadWhen they bend, they come back to a straight lineThere is absolutely no reason why anyone should still use an aluminum alloy ski pole when skiing at resorts.
