You need to vacuum it. First Alert recommends vacuuming the alarms every so often to remove the dust that can cause them to chirp.
Did you replace with good battery? Maybe a bad connection
Call a local locksmith who carries different types of security locks. They specialize in that type of problem. As an alternative there is always a termination option. Talk to human resources at your company, this could be a major security problem for the other employees and no bank would allow this to go on.
