Best chest/tricep exercises that minimalizes elbow?

I'm 3 months post elbow surgery out of 5. Orthopedic surgeon said I can do moderate bis/tris and legs. He said absolutely no benching or anything like that. However, there is no way exercises like dumbbell bench is worse than skull crushers, so I'm doing some chest. All I got right now for tris is close grip bench (he didn't say I can't do that ;) and the one behind the head. For chest, I put as little stress into elbows as possible. I lost much strength, so I need to recover some of that before I go back into the grind.
