Ok, i am basicly looking at 3 different types of thermal compound for my CPUThe stuff i have now i bought at radioshack for like 3 bucks, and it sucks, i beleive its silicaI have a liquid cooling system and from what i have seen there are 3 different types of Thermal Compound:SilicaSilverCeramicWhich of the three is best? Silver Compound has never faild meI personaly like Antec Silver Coumpound becouse it's cheep and durrable.
Salt acts as a preservative, it will begin to oxidate when you remove it from the saltwater.
