It didnt take you one week to get that stomach, so its not going to take you one week to get rid of it.sorryYou need to diet.and not just diet for a certain amount of time, it has to become your life stylealso exercise at least 3x a week and lift light weights.target your abs doing sit ups, leg lifts, etcabout 2x a week.and dont give up!.its going to take some time but its VERY possibe.good luck
