what are the best Preforming Arts colleges in US?...specifically california?...i want to major in either musical theatre or theatre..any ideas?

This occurred to a well buddy of mine. (And sure, they preserve your cash.) Do a few study, meet the school, see the theaters they've, speak to the pupils there. Then come to a decision. You might wish a lacrosse ball as a buddy.
well, you should think about NY and NYU for musical theatre but I think U of Michigan has a good musical theatre program - Celia Keenan Bolger went. I guess UCLA would be good for theatre but it'd be more for film. A lot of theatre stage acting is viewed as a stepping stone toward film in Cali.
CalArts is good, I played there once with a band. It's in Santa Clarita Valley, so it's really close.
