Regardless of spices and such.whats the best way to COOK chicken? Boil, fry, bake, pan sear.I have no idea what Im doing and my chicken always seems to be too dry!! I generally just cook it in a frying pan with a bit of butter and whatever dry seasoning ( such as grill mates) or season it and place it in the oven on an aluminum foil covered pizza pan on 375.until the quot;juices are clearquot; Any helpful hints?
It sounds like you're cooking it to longDepending on the size of the piecesPersonally, I like chicken tenderloins (frozen/bagged)They are easier to defrostThey only need about 6 mins a sideKeep chicken broth handyYou can always add it to the pan and cover, add moistureWhen I open a can of broth, I freeze the rest in portion sizes in sandwich bagsYou can take the broth and deglaze the pan when you take out the chickenAdd the broth at the end add a pat of butter.you have a pan sauceMy son's favorite chickenTake French's Fried Onions, they have a cheddar flavorCrush them roll the chicken in itBake 375 for 15 mins.
