I live in a one bedroom apartment with no heat or heating unit, central heat etc. Is it better to use a electirc heater? or heat my apartment with my gas stove? Have been doing both, my last electric/gas bill was high. Trying to find the most cost saving way to heat my apartment. Thanks and God Bless!

Sand it before. Sponging is really easy. You just take a dry sponge, preferably w/ rubber gloved hands, dip it in the paint, and dab it on. Also rollers work easier than paintbrushes or foam brushes work easy also. Mmm-lavender pulls w/ cream dresser or vice versa. I also suggest painting the trim-gilding it w/ metallic gold or silver. That would make it look really classy, though to do that you would have to use a brush to trace it on.
