i just got braces on tuesday and i was brushing my teeth just now, when i noticed a black spot on the front of a bracket???? like maybe the silver peeled off or something i dont know.what is it? is it bad? lol no its not on the wire, i know why that spot is there from when they marked it. and also can i really not chew gum? what does it do if u do? thanksss a bunch
I'm not really sure what it is but if it helps i have one as well. ) Also I have had braces for almost two years and I chew gum all the time. It doesn't do anything to them but you have to brush a little better to get it all off. There are only two things that I have had pull a bracket of 1. Now and Laters and 2. Tootsie pops (but thats only because I bite them) )
