Okay all I have is a blanket for my horse and she's a little on the skinny sideI'm feeding her grain and lots of hay to fatten her up and keep her warmShe's shivering because it's high 30's and rainingCan I dry her as much as I can with towels then put the blanket on her? Do you think it'd keep her warm or not? I don't need her shivering too muchShe has a run-in barn to be in but that's it.
I don't agree with your statement about phone companies ''allowing'' young people to run up huge phone billsAny person who is working and paying there own bills needs a phoneA cell phone is a great thing to have when travelingIt is their responsibility to not run up their billAll they have to do is stay within their limitsIt is like saying that drinking or gambling is wrong because people abuse itWe all have to learn to act like adults and have adult responsibilitiesI dont' see why some minutes on cell phones cost more than othersProbably just because they CANWith more people getting rid of landlines and only having cell phones I am sure that the compitition between companies will lead to better packagesIf you know that you are going to have a cell phone regardless those free phone packages are not badI get a free upgrade every two years with my cell phone provider and I like thatI wish that I had rollover minutes thoughI always shop for better offers when my agreement is close to an end My package is about $75.00 a month with 700 free minutes and free after 9 pm and on weekendsThere is no reason for anyone to have a $200 bill in this package unless they just have no control
