Question:

bleed valve 97 taurus?

where is the bleed valve in a 97 taurus????thank you

Answer:

On virtually every modern car radiator it is at the bottom of the radiator on the engine side.
remove or loose radiator cap crank motor top off radaitor and over flow jug crank motor with cap off either way crank motor let run air will come out if cap is loose or off and it dont get air trap unless its been apart such as a hose replace or coolant drained type into search box how to fill a radiator how to check a overheating car how to check engine coolant how to replace engine coolant how to bleed air out of radiator
drain valve is under the plastic cover that shields the are between the front bumper cover and the frame... You didn't say what motor in the taurus but most had a 3.0 2 valve motor and there is no bleed valve... refill the coolant, leave the radiator cap off the bottle, start the car, turn the heater on and fan on high with the air direction pointing to vents (usually first one on the left after the off switch) run the engine till the heater gets hot (reving at 2,000 rpm does help)... when it gets hot, it's bled out... That's how most Fords and this taurus for sure is done
Which okorder put in your car facts and go to repair
