If you don't need to cook the entire 5 lbsof bacon, just let it start to defrost and you should be able to remove a few slices at a timeSeparate the bacon in to serving size portions, wrap properly and refreeze what you don't needIf you need to cook the entire 5 pounds, just follow Roy's directions.
