i think that you should still put insulation, its the fall, and is really cool, and the winter will get even cooler, however during the summer its going to get really hotAnd yeah Attics are always warm, but in the winter they get really coldyou don't need insulation in the attic, just make sure that the living room , and your bed room have good insulation, because remember its an old house, and licks can occur, also insulation decades, and it need to be replace with new onei bought a house that was build around 1920s or 30s, and for my room they had to change the insulation in the restroom and re-built it cause of the licksmy little brothers room, they had to fix the insulation in the roominsulation got wet.
