I am making brown rice tonight to accompany bbq steakDo you have a good way to prepare it? Please post recipe if possible!
You will need to pre heat your oven to 350Find a 2-4 in baking dish add 1 cup brown rice 1 med size onion (peeled whole ) add water until it is about an inch above rice wrap tightly with aluminum foilBake for about 25 minutes.Remove from oven, CAREFULLY REMOVE FOILSteam is going to be hot)Remove onion (throw away) stir and serve.
