is it a good idea to buy a house in latin america and rent it to people and be able to make money and bring here to the US ?
When I bake I like to put vegetable oil on the pan and smear it all the way around and then sprinkle sugar all over the base and sides of the pan covering it completely(but not too thick) I don't use foil and I never have problems with my cakes or cup cakes or brownies etc etc ever sticking
i do iti just bought a $100,000.00 condo in Surco De Santiago, Lima , Perui rent the elevator the 4 parking spaces and the 2 storage units outthis pays all of my mortgage and my wife's family lives in the apartmentif i were you i would set up a bank account like with Citi Bank thins way it is an international bank and you can access the money easierBut be careul because i think you need to account for these earnings as earned income on your taxes if you are doing it for profiti am doing it just so the rent pays for it's selfGood Luck
Grease the tin foil with a little oil, lard or butter.
For one thing why did you bake the brownies in foil? you should bake them in a pan made for cakes.and you don't grease the pan.The brownies got hard because you bake it toooo long. The brownies you made are doom.I wouldn't eat them.make a new batch.)
Use abit of butter around the edge Greece proof paper is better
