and i'm not talking about aftermarket products either, straight off the assembly line, give me a dash material, that stays cool, at least. front windows cannot be shaded enough, and sun protectors are a hassle, i'm sure pets left inside most cars would agree!

First of all, when the masks drop, there is more than just 1 per seat. So don't worry about that. If you are as concerned about your baby's safety as you say, then you need to pay for a separate seat for the baby and not take your child as a lap baby. Where you strap that FAA approved car seat into the aircraft's seat and then you strap the baby into the car seat. Traveling with a lap baby is quite dangerous for the baby because you never know when turbulence will happen and if you aren't holding onto the child tightly at all times the child could be knocked out of your hands.
Not sure, but why bother? Sand blasting is easy, if your unsure about it, go get a cheap one, try different materials, and practice on a painted piece of metal. The biggest problem with sand blasting is leaving pits in the metal, so practice, practice, practice. Not sure about your area, but Harbor Freight Tolls sells blasters and different blasting material, just go to their website and either order one, or get a catalog.
