I have been having issues for months with my oven/stove, and I am wondering if it is a gas problem or if the pilots just need to be cleaned. When I have the oven on, and I try to light the pilots on the burners, they click but don't light unless I hold a flame next to them. Even so, they don't have as big of a flame on high as they used to. If the burners on the top are on first, and I turn on the oven, the oven often will just leak gas and not heat upbut I do see an orange glow when I look in the broiler. I also noticed the heater for the house won't kick on, which also uses gas, so I wonder if it's all related? Maybe a weak flow of gas is getting into the house, but I don't smell a leak. I also have a carbon monoxide detector which hasn't gone off, but I don't know if it detects gas? Any input appreciated!
Depends on your country and State law. There must be legal grounds to have fired her, if she recieved no formal warnings or infractions then you should be able to sue for unfair dismissal, and the issue about the racial harrasment claim can be used as compelling evidence. My advice is to find a lawyer and ask for a free consultation, he/she will tell you if you have a case, then decide if it's worth the expenses, stress and time of going after the employer. Just my two cents, good luck!
Hi Wolverine, - The paint should wash off. The things that might be hard to wash off may be Mud or Grass that you get from sliding. - Of course, you won't find any field that won't rent out masks. It's illegal to own a field without renting out masks for new players. - Since it's your first time, you'll feel the first few shots before your adrenaline pumps. So I would suggest multiple layers. Because it's warm, you could remove layers. You can rent camouflage, they're called coveralls ( for the one piece camouflage with the zipper ). Hope this helped, Kind Regards, Avex
Yes you can rent face masks, body shields, and paintball guns. Most paint does wash out, but some might stain like the red or purple paint balls. Expect welts, bruises, blood blisters because that happens from paintballs depending how close they are to you when they shoot you. Wear loose jeans but double up on your shirts to protect yourself. Wear comfortable shoes or sneakers. Always wear your mask and helmet for good saftey.
