Question:

Can changing my exhaust system, and air intake increase horse power?

I have a Toyota Tundra (2003, 6 cylinder). Do you have any suggested component changes?

Answer:

sure it wil get a small amount of horse power by changing them. but most likey you wouldnt see it so much as hear it like 15 to 20% gain maybe like only a few horse power like 5 to 15 more or less
sure it will any thing that lets in more air and lets out more exhaust will give more power cold air intake with a bigger exhaust will increase the power and could give you better mpg but that's not a guarantee
of course it can! The expansion of gasses in a good exhaust system will draw the waste gas out of the engine and can give a big power +! not so much your air intake but remember cool air is denser and gives you more power
