i really dont understand this, i have had this keyboard for about a month and let me be clear, its white and its completely flat, not textured or anything, now .its turning red.i know its from having it on my bed because my blanket is red (its been washed) and there are like little red fuzzies stuck to the bottom of my keyboard and i cannot clean, scrape, scratch .they will not come off.honestly i dont even know how this is possible.how are fibers sticking to my keyboard and why can't i clean them off.

Answer:

I like the situation that Shih Tzu mentioned where a high school student who maintains a B average can go to local community collegesThe problem is that every time someone puts in a new program there are unexpected problemsCC's now only have to accept students who can receive benefit from attendingWould free mean that anyone could go without a high school diploma or a GED for instance? What if they have to take remedial classes and cannot pass them? There needs to be some way to show that the student is benefiting from the huge expense being placed on the taxpayers by paying for everyone's community college.
It sure as hell shouldn't cost 30,000 dollarsThat's such a freakin' scam and I can't believe that it's legal to charge that much money for a semester's tuition I think it should be affordableThat ought to be enoughIn New York State, there's a great community college systemOne of the cheapest state schools is 1500 tuition per semester or something like 160 dollars a creditWorking 33 hours on the weekends and fridays, I was able to put myself through that without asking for federal assistance I think 1500 for tuition is reasonable and I think at that price, the government would be able to provide an associates degree to those who can't afford it and have at least a C+ or B average.
It actually isn't free, taxes will pay for itMoney doesn't fall from treesThere needs to be accountability on how that free education gets usedOtherwise, education is never ever wasted.
Illinois has implemented a plan by which if you maintain a 3.0 average in high school you can have two years of college free of charge at their many community collegesInstant Associates DegreeI think it's a fabulous idea.
