Can high fiber bread help you lose weight?

I also exercise too ( do sports almost everyday for couple of hours) drink lots of water (bottled) and hardly ever eat junk food.Also hardly ever have sugar in my tea which I use skimmed milk.I also drink green tea too.I only have some water, tea and a biscuit for breakfast (thats all I can take).Then I do sports/exercise.I come home and have some dinner,Then every couple of hours I have a sandwich with salad, tomatoes, cumbers and carrotsI dont eat 3/4 hours before bed time.Am wondering can all this aid in weight loss? and is high fibrea bread good for you.thanks.
