Question:

Can I cover the walls with aluminum wrap?

I am considering covering the walls in my room with aluminum foil/wrapIs there any reason why I shouldn't do so, in terms of any hazards to myself or objects/devices inside the room? I ask because you know that paper/cardboard are high in acid content and that plastics can deposit oils when heated, so I'm wondering if there were any hazards similar to those involved with aluminum or other metals that I should be aware of?

Answer:

The foil will certainly impact your electronic devices - phones, TV, stereo, computerThe electromagnetic fields can be disruptedUsing foil anywhere near electrical outlets is dangerous, tooHowever, if you wanted to apply foil to a section of the room for contrast and decoration, you don't risk being exposed to hazardous waste(You may be overreacting to the 'danger' of paper and plastic, too)
Texture, color, density, crap thats all i know
1mass Mass is the measure of the quantity of matter in an object 2volume is a quantification of how much space an object occupies 3density and specific gravity The specific gravity of a material is defined as the ratio of its density to the density of some standard material, such as water at a specified temperature 4boiling point The temperature at which the vapor pressure of a liquid equals atmospheric pressure or at which the liquid changes to a vapor5melting point The melting point is the temperature at which a solid material becomes a liquid 6specific heat The quantity of heat, expressed in Btu, required to raise the temperature of 1 lb of a substance 1°F hope that helps.my daughter just did this stuff in science class and we studied for her test tomorrow.
