I have a maytag washer, and the fuse in the lid switch assembly is blownI replaced the fuse and it worked for 10 seconds and blew againCan i just wire the two sides together and eliminate the fuse? My understanding is that it's just there to make sure that you don't put your arm in there and get it ripped off by a spinning agitator.
CrossFire is when you link two or more of the same model AMD/ATI Radeon graphic cardsThat's as plain as it can be.
It's probably a fault in that circuit then, not the switch itselfThe switch is almost certainly a Normally closed unit, and bridging it will eliminate that safety shut-down( I think it's 'over-kill' as well, but don't sell the machine or let anyone else use it with the safety bridged outIt's 'lawsuit territory.) You can try it but I think you'll wind up chasing the wiring fault anyway.
