Question:

Can I use a Nintendo Wifi USB Connector to access my college's wifi from my Wii U/3DS?

I go to FAU, and the wifi here, upon connecting to it, sends you to a webpage to log in. As some may know, if there is a Wifi Access Point that uses this system, Nintendo products will not connect to them. I was wondering if it was possible to circumnavigate the password system by using the Nintendo Wifi USB Connector, and if so are there any extra steps I would have to take to do so?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Your PC has authenticated itself using the webpage. The USB Connector is turning the PC into a hotspot for the 3DS to connect to. So the 3DS connects to the USB Connector. Then it is the PC sending the 3DS data over the college wifi. Unless the college wifi is configured to specifically block that data (perhaps blocking the destination, might be using a catch-all anti-gaming filter) it should get through. Only one way to know for sure though.
