im cooking a turkey tenderloin and have no oven bags, but im wondering if i can put its a pan and cover it,will it work? i dont want it to dry out, should I add some water, im putting it in 13x9 pan with like potaots and stuff

Yes you can, add a little water to keep from sticking and as long as it is sealed real good it will steam just like the bagIf you want it browned just remove the foil for the last 15 minutes or so to brown.
