What are the details of the use and maintenance of an electromagnetic brake motor?
The power supply of the brake is supplied by a rectifier in the motor junction box, 3 kW and below AC220V-DC99V, and 4 kW or more for AC380V-DC170V (specially designed in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer, for example) (DC24V)
When the power is turned off, the brake electromagnet loses the magnetic force, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc, the effect of friction torque, the motor stops running immediately; our factory also produces the corresponding YDEJ dual speed (speed, far pole ratio) motor.
Because of the electromagnetic attraction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring. The brake disc is disengaged from the armature end cap and the motor starts running.
The DC disc brake is mounted on the end cover of the non shaft extension of the motor. When the brake motor is connected to the power supply, the brake also works.
