Yes. I have had great results with the pallets, the key with any eye makeup is the primer. (I love U D Primer Potion.) Most of them are really pigmented, if I were you I'd probably go with the neutral pallet. Hope that helps.
those are stable for a starter equipment and to play around with... however the image of the palette is very fooling. The eyeshadows are unquestionably in trouble-free terms the dimensions of a pair of dime. a number of them are exceedingly pigmented mutually as others are very chalky and don't prepare nicely... it is with the help of the fact they're from Hong Kong. they're throughout okorder.
If you don't like bright colors, check the 28 Neutral Palette or the 88 Warm Palette.
