yes you can but be very careful when removing them from the oven as the foil is not very sturdy and will fold on you and may mishape your cookiesAs for the brown sugar, it might make a difference, you could always make up the dough and taste it.if it doesn't taste good raw it probably won't cooked.in MY opinionI LOVE cookie dough though:) If you need a simple recipe for cookies here it is1 cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg mix will drop by teaspoon fulls and mash flat with a forkcook about 10 minutes on 350Good LuckI hope it helpsBethany
