I want to wash my polyester pants, can I do this safely and if so what temp do you suggested
Helmet / Face shield, shoulder pads, forearm / elbow pads, gloves, cup, rib pads and/or lightweight hip pads, shinguards (soccer ones are good because they won't interfere with your running) are optional but recommend. Also try and put on a few pounds, and keep your head up. From my own experience box lacrosse is like a mix of hockey and football with a little soccer + tennis mixed in. Definately has more of an emphesis on speed than does the outdoor game. For gear you really have to try it on to know .. personally I like STX and Brine, but a lot of pro lacrosse players use Warrior.
Don't you pantene, like the comment below suggest. it just puts a coat of wax on your hair. Try a really good deep conditioner like biolage, or even dove. and then before you blowdry put in a protectant, like biosilk, or a leave in conditioner and concentrate on your damaged parts and your tips. i have really fine hair and i have to use something to protect it. but i cant use anthing heavy or it will weigh it down. maybe a better straightener will help too. like a remington or a chi.

well, i played lax for 2 years, and loved it!!! i would say, how old r u? if ur 10-13, u should play def, caus thats heavy, no offense, i only way lik 80lbs, 12 yrs old if ur oldr, u should play middie. and YES lax is a grat sport 4 u, i hated basball also. as 4 equipment, well, idk sry i hope this helps!! bye
heyy i play girls lax i absolutely LOVE it, its so much fun. just so you know, if you havent played many team sports or anything before, its a contact sport, my friend broke 2 ribs playing. not trying to freak you out cuz it is really fun!!! u need to be fast to play, if ur fast midfield (but you have to be good to play this) , if ur a good team player, defense, and offense well just shoot fast, haha YES play. guys need face mask, guys gloves, a stick, balls to practice with, and hm idk i dont play guys lax!!! plus girls LOVE lacrosse players (:
