Can plastics be recycled?

Answer:

According to the thermal properties of plastics can be divided into two categories, one is thermosetting plastics, thermosetting plastics is cured or insoluble in heat or other conditions (melting) properties of plastic, such as phenolic epoxy plastics.
Become soft when heated so as to flow and become hardened by cooling. The process is reversible and can be repeated. Polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, polystyrene, POM, polycarbonate, etc.. Thermoplastics can be recycled, while thermosetting plastics cannot be recycled.
Thermosetting plastics can be divided into two types: formaldehyde, cross-linking and other cross-linking. Another category is thermoplastics, which refer to plastics that have heating, softening, and cooling hardening properties. Most of the plastic used in our daily life falls into this category.
