I would without a doubt attempt suicide. Honestly, that is not a life I could live. I'm not saying live isn't worth living that way at all, but I couldn't bear that.
If this did ever happen, people would start to steal. In the end, most of us would still die. To answer your question, I can't make my own clothing or crochet a blanket, so I will probably be dead of hypothermia pretty quickly. I can however start a fire without a lighter, cook, and farm, so i'll be well off food wise.
