Warning: There are two different systems on the market, the new system is very easy to reset: 1. insert key turn on switch ad then off, no not start engine, 2. within 20 seconds press then reset button only once and you are done, if your light on your dash is solid blue yo system is in valet mode, the older models are reset in a different way, I have the new system.
