Well i'm not fat im just a little chubby its like sometimes my stomach flat and sometimes it stick outI'm 13 years olds 111 5'1I want to get a six pack and get faster and get better in basketball.Can someone tell me how to do that.And can someone tell me how many times I should eat a day.And some exercises to do to get faster.
Moisturize your hair! Make sure you use a good moisturizing shampoo AND conditioner! Dove is a good brand! After you get out of the shower, use a leave-in conditioner(try to get one specifically for frizz)! Try using a silicone-based leave-inIf your hair if WAY to frizzy and unmanageable, you can use a relaxer! My cousin used a relaxer and it was much less frizzy, and way more manageable!!! for frizz i use use None of your Frizzness by herbal essencesjust smooth it where its frizzyalso i use hair gell AFTER i straighten, and then brush it so its doenst look weirdhairspray!! i use it when im done with my hair and then brush and my hair is set for the daybut yeah, none of your frizzness use before or after heat
