Question:

Can someone please explain in simplest terms the process of making cotton clothing?

Including machines used from cultivating to weaving to dyingAnd in detail the dying processAlso how yarn is turned into a shirt? Ive read a lot of material I just cant put it all togetherHelp.

Answer:

This is as far as I know: Cotton plant is harvested, then the cotton itself is processed to become yarnThen, yarn is woven to form sheets of cotton fabricThese sheets of cotton fabric will be dyed in multiple colors or designed with various patterns and whatnotThe dying process of these sheets involve either a natural or artificial textile coloringsThe coloring agents is put into a large container, then the sheets is dipped in it until it's soakedAfter that, it's washed with water to remove the excessive coloring agentThen, it's driedThese sheets of cotton fabric then will further be processed by the clothing companies to become clothesThis is where the sewing takes placeI don't know the names of machines that weave yarn to cotton sheets, I'm sorryAnd that's about all the details I know about dying processBasically, this is how a cotton shirt is made: Cotton - Yarn - Sheets of fabric - ClothesHope that helps!
I guess the time depends upon the sandwichI believe that high heat for a shorter period would be better (wrapped in foil)Low heat's just going to dry bread and meat out.
Wrap it in foil to keep the moisture in the bread/wrapThen I like to use lower temperature 200-250 for longer time 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the sandwich.
Throw gas on itLight itAnd when the fires out it's done.
