my hair doesn't seem to have much natural oils. i always have to supplement it with coconut oil, indian hemp, or tea (from Sally's). i use herbal essences shampoo/conditioner. i don't apply heat to my hair often. could it just be from all the damage my hair has had in the past 14 years that i've had hair?
go through a local plumbing shop, they will be able to get you prices from their wholesalers with minimal markup. Plumbing shops make most of their money from labor.
Set priorities in your life. Eliminate the ones you can absolutely do without - then work on the rest ONE AT A TIME, according to importance. Playing computer games, video games, yakking on the phone or texting is not totally necessary. Stop procrastinating. You know what needs to be done. Get your ss in gear do it so you can get to bed on time. Life is not always the way it's supposed to be. It's just the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
