I normaly have a very high fiber diet (eating lots of vegetables, fruits and whole grain weats)This weekend I had guest and I ait a bit more than usuallyI also had more salads and fresh food than I normally eatI did not get costipation, and I think that I do my 2-s as normal 1-4 times a day, and maybe just slightly harder than usually, but nothing special.This morning I had blood in my stool, light fresh blood, which was running a bit while I was cleaning up with toilet paperThen it stopedSecond time I just did 1 in the toilet, and as I had some gas then, again some fresh blood calme out of my anusI do not experience any pain, and a very very tiny itchy feeling.not even unconfortableI feel worried as I have never had similar thing in my lifeAlso do u think that too much fiber or too much food could cose this? Will it pass by itself or do I need to see my doctor?Please help.
dear high fiber diet doesnt make any bleeding but it may be due to heamorrhoids (pile) u dont mention your age and if u had any other condition and if u suffer from long time constipation before or not ?u said not now by the way fresh blood mean that the bleeding comes from the rectum or anus and i think we can help in this matter

No all of them are pretty much what the first comment pointed out that they are a waste of moneyI am actually learning all of this at my tafe cause i am studying fitness, the best way to loose weight is to get up early around 6-7ish exercise first before you eat and try and eat healthy like your proteins for in the morning and make sure you drink plenty of water during the day atleast 2-3 litres, if you try and cut soft drinks, cordial and juices out of your eating habits thats also advisable and helps alot, make sure you do excercise even if you do Zumba for an hour every day, because i am aalso a zumba instructor it is amazing how much weight people loose just by doing zumba once a day for an hour as you do loose 1000 kj, you can have a bad day once a week or month but try and make it different as it tricks your body because if your body is doing the same thing all the time and eating same food iy is harder for you to loose the weight, you will find that with exercise you will also feel alot more healthier and have more energy :) hope atleast some of this information helped you.
