I am three months pregnant and filled out fmla paperwork at two months. I was out sick with the stomach flu for a week and when I returned to work I was told that I needed to get my fmla paperwork filled out again because it doesn't state what kinda sickness. It had pregnancy on the paperwork. But I was basically sent home that day til I got my papers redone. But instead they ended up firing me. Will I still get unemployment? Did they have right to fire me under fmla?
There's a reason some people call a drug test an IQ test. Added - If you want the OBVIOUS answer, then just don't smoke anything that could possibly have any weed in it. That is, unless you really don't care if you get the job. If it's a legally mandated drug test then definitely don't take any chances. Added too - Your mom is a b*tch. I thought you were an adult having to take a drug test for a job. That's really messed up for a parent to do that to their kid.
