I have several used pallets that I want to use the wood to make pathways throughout the backyard. My nephew said this would cause termites to get in my house. My question is, can I use them in the backyard as a path. (I will take apart and use the slats)
You sound like that Mexican who stole a bus to prove that he could drive one and he smashed it up trying to get away from the cops... LOL If you are not invited to an interview or instructed as to what they want you to do, then throwing pallets around is likely causing disruption of their work environment not showing them your stuff. If you want to work for someone else, you have to show them that you can take orders and that you are a kiss-up. You sound like you should be your own boss and contract your labor out to various companies rather than work for one. Hire someone to manage you. You can do this through a temp agency or start one yourself. Hire some squirrelly guy with glasses to find work for you. Don't pay him up front... tell him he is a partner with a 5% share and have him handle the accounting for you as well.
