I am planning on making a Loki helmet for a cosplay, and I am pretty cheap, so I am making it out of aluminum foil and sculpey. If I covered the helmet with sculpey, could I bake it in the oven to harden it?
Not your best choice - Sculpey is not cheap, and is brittle if too thin.
