Question:
Can you dry your hair with a regular flat iron?
I have a normal flat iron and i was wondering if it will damage your hair or the flat iron if you use it to dry your hair
Answer:
This will not make it stop leaking. You could just get a plug kit and drive it in, or take off the wheel and take it in that way.
It all depends on how fast your loosing air if its really slow then just pump it up everyday to 5 psi more then the recomendation and it will be good. PS make sure it doesnt loose all the air because then you couls damage the rim.
You can dry your hair with a flat iron, but it will damage your hair pretty bad. Even the Wet-Dry flat irons damage your hair. However blow drying it damages it too so I would suggest blow drying it with a de-fuser or just letting it air dry before straightening it.
no don't ever do that. If a hot curling iron/ flat iron is put on to wet hair, it boils the water inside the hair. The boiling water softens the keratin of the cortex; then the steam from the boiling water expands and forms tiny bubbles inside the hair. Eventually the hair breaks off, either at or somewhere near a bubble. basically only a good idea if you want to boil your hair.
flat irons are used to straighten your hair. however, there are flat irons that are made for wet hair. i have one, it's called Remington Wet2Straight and you can use it on wet, damp, or dry hair. dont use a regular flat iron, you will ruin it and your hair will be damaged. my flat iron has special steam vents that release the moisture from my hair, so DONT.
