Right now currently I only take in 1 cup of oatbran a day and this is my only carb serving the rest of my day is fish veggies and chicken and one snack with 1 cup fat free cottage cheese and one serving of almondsMy calorie intake is 2200 I'm 18 I do p90x everyday which I'm pretty much conditioned to now but other that workout I'm pretty much sedentary the rest of the day other then being a busser at outback steakhouse my macros every day are fat 59g 6 sat 8 poly And 28 monoCarb 150Fiber 50gProtein 246Im 18 I weigh 155 and Im 6'0Thank you ahead of time for the help!
