Can you lose body fat by eating lots of fiber?

Well can you?I notice that I've lost a little bit of body fat from eating fiber but it's not that much.My parents are loose on me now when they used to be too tight.

Your link works, but that aint a 1967 Mustang GT500 Thats an 07, and back in 67 the California package was nothing more than some extra trim and replacing the tail light lenses with those of a 67 Cougar, so in other words that salesman seen you coming and is trying to sell you a bill of goods.
My husband lost about 65 pounds on a high fiber diet, but we're talking a lot of fiber, a lot of vegetables, a major reduction in processed carbohydrates, and lots of exercise too.
