Yes, in fact I found an old recipe (in a cookbook) that I've made, It's extra chocolatey, yumExtra Rich Dark Chocolate Brownies (Adapted from a 1940’s recipe) Makes 32 bars (2″x1″) Hand mix brownies, makes them tender3/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp Canola oil 1 cup sugar (or 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup Splenda) 2 well beaten eggs (or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters) 1/2 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup sifted flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Preheat oven to 350°Mix together in large bowl: unsweetened cocoa and Canola oil Blend in sugar and eggsSift flour and measure 3/4 cupSift together sifted flour, baking powder and salt Hand mix into chocolate mixturePour into greased 8″ square pan(can use aluminum foil and then grease inside, easier to lift brownies out of the pan to cool) Bake about 15 to 20 minutesInsert toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean, it’s doneWhen cool, cut into bars and remove from pan-
