Most recycling centers won't pay you for paper items. Even if they do, you would have to have a lot to make any sort of real profit off of them.
If they are sod pallets - usually 5$, but you have to drop them off yourself.
If they are in good condition probably $3-5 per pallet. Try calling a corrugated box manufacturer or and manufacturer. They usually will pay for good pallets.
If there are no pallet buyers in your area, check with your local Solid Waste Department or Recycling Department. Many of the programs these departments operate have an ongoing need for pallets. Normally most landfills will charge you a disposal fee. If they are able to use the pallets in their operation, it's possible that they will waive that tip fee for materials they need. Check on Earth911 for pallet recycling in your area. They may have some listings that can help you out. It's worth a shot to ask. Hope this helps!
