Can you reshape composite blades using a heat gun? will the heat compromise the integrity of the blade?

I think you mean high fiber, don't you? Men's Health mag is full of healthy food suggestions.

Not sure why you want foods that are low fiber, perhaps you meant high fiber? I would suggest eating a diet full of lean protein (chicken, turkey, bison, beef, eggs, wild salmon, etc), vegetables (green beans, broccoli, peas, spinach, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, squash, zucchini, etc), nuts and seeds (cashews, almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin sunflower seeds, etc) and fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)There is no need for soda, alcohol or other boxed carbohydrates in your diet as they have little nutritional valueGood luck!
No, you can't reshape them and if you try, yes, it will compromise it's integrityThis assumes you are talking about phenolic or carbon fiberLet me explainBoth phenolic and carbon fiber typically start out as blankets of woven materialThis blanket is then saturated with epoxy, then using one of a variety of methods several layers are laminated togetherEpoxy is known as a thermosetit hardens due to the addition of an agent that causes a chemical reaction and forces it's cureIf the laminations were done with another type of glue.lets say hot gluethen the bonding agent would be known as a thermoplasticThink of thermoplastic as chocolateIt can be melted and reshaped any number of times just be heatingEpoxy is a thermoset and more like bread- once you combine the ingredients and bake it you can't reform it by reheatingTrying to reshape the bread will cause deformity that will cause fracturing.
