Anway, back to cookingThese are great and I am sure you have heard of them, Armadillo EggsJalapenos, sliced lengthwise, seeded and take out veins Fill each half w/ cream cheese Wrap each half that is filled w/ a piece of bacon and secure w/ toothpick Grill on low to medium until bacon is doneI PROMISE, YOU WILL LOVE THEM!!!! I have more recipes for the grill, some we made just messing around and turned out really well and some I got from Food networkUnfortunately my boss put a stack of billing on my desk so I have to go!!!!!!!!
