I take care of my mom and she was very sick and had a horrible accident all over the floor in her room, I think that the flooring is Pergo. I want to steam clean to disinfect. I dont want to use harsh chemicals.
i use pergo floor spray and use a dry mop to mop it up. just spray it all over the floor first. no need to rinse. you can get it at home depot. no film. my sister uses the Swiffer Wet Jet. It is amazing! Do not use the liquid for hardwood floors, it will leave a film. Just use the liquid for regular floors, tile, etc. It really is amazing. I have Pergo and was so surprised when I tried the Wet Jet. It dries within 15 mins or so and leaves it shinny
