Question:

can you sue for fire damage because of poor water pressure?

In my town we recently had city water put in. It turned out that the board members and a few others new that there was inadequate water pressure before the system went in. Just recently a house burned down and about a dozen neighboring fire companies had to respond to put out the fire. There was a fire hydrant in front of this house and was not able to be used because there was poor pressure. What legal ramifications are there for this kind of travesty?

Answer:

Haha yes, I do! It's annoying, though lol. It keeps going off everytime we cook lol
They could be faulty. If the batteries where changed in in march, they should need a change by now anyway. If it's faulty you need new ones, if the batteries are old it should beep again soon, but it should only beep not go off properly. If it goes off properly then stop, it's most likely faulty. You should have the manual for it.
I really think that Bert and Ernie are behind the whole thing. Perhaps they are afraid of the stories that the Duck y can tell !! Hmmmm !! Time to call out the (W P) Mafia and settle it once and for all !! They break thumbs for a living, ya know,,,,LOL !!
They is a fire and carbon monoxide detector, and has a different verbal warning for each hazard, and will also announce low battery!
I would freaking smash that demon possessed thing off the wall with a bat.
