car drives only first and sec gear( 40mph). but drives up to 100 mph when it lifts up, takes all the gears?

I have been to accident, hit the side of my car. i took it to a shop get repaired, when i picked up i had an ABS light on. since i had a differential issues as well that the insurande did not want to cover, i bought the differential and installed myself. After the work i realised that my car was not working properly, took it to a dealership they told me that my ABs sensor was bad and my transmission went out. took the car to a transmission place and get ot rebuild, after it get rebuild the car won t drive pass 40 MPH( same thing it was doinf before).They troubleshot for days and realised that the cars drives great when it s on the lift, it tooks all the gears but when as soon as they drop it down and drives it. it does the same thing and not going pass 1th and sec gears.( 40 mph). can somebody please help me and tell me what they think i already spent over 3000$ on the car. by the way the car is a dodge charger 2007.thanks please give me some ideas
